Chef Gordon Ramsay of Hell’s Kitchen fame is back, and this time he’s hitting the road, exposing restaurants that are barely staying afloat.

Season 10, Episode 01 – “Freddy’s Steak House”
An owner buried in debt after twenty years is caught between a manager and head chef locked in a bitter power struggle; to save the restaurant, Gordon must get them to stop pointing fingers and start working together.

Season 10, Episode 02 – “4 Star Diner”
A classic American eatery with an owner whose vulgar behavior is driving away both staff and diners; Gordon must rebuild trust before the restaurant’s future slips away.

Season 10, Episode 03 – “Love on the Blu”
When Gordon uncovers the root of the problems at Love on the Blu, he pushes the owner to confront the changes needed to save both her business and her team.

Chef Gordon Ramsay visits Firenze Restaurant & Pizzeria, a 60-year-old family-run Italian eatery in Warren, Michigan, struggling with weak leadership and unhappy customers. Ramsay restructures the kitchen staff and introduces a streamlined menu, successfully steering them through a chaotic dinner service. Despite a hopeful turnaround during filming, the restaurant permanently closed shortly after production wrapped.
